You MUST be 18 years or older to purchase any tobacco product.  We may request a photocopy of a valid ID to verify your age before your package is shipped.  We will not ship pipes to North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa or Pennsylvania.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Return Policy

Products cannot be returned unless they are broken or damaged, in which case the same product or a product of equal value will replace them.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You cannot exchange a product because it does not work with your equipment or that it is not what you thought it was, so please make sue you read the detailed specifications before calling and placing your order.

We ship UPS ground. UPS air services by arrangement.  Visa / MC in advance.  COD money order or company check w/ established business relationship and credit verification.  US currency only.  No transmission of payment data will occur via the internet.
